Custom & Bulk Order Policy

Effective Date: August 16, 2026

This Custom and Bulk Order Policy explains the quoting, payment, approval, production, cancellation, shipping, and return requirements for custom and bulk orders placed with LOCS Collective LLC, doing business as LOCS Wear (“LOCS Wear,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By approving a quote, paying a deposit, approving a design, or authorizing production, the customer agrees to this policy and any additional written terms provided for the order.

1. Custom and Bulk Order Process

Custom and bulk orders may require the following steps:

  1. Submission of an order request.

  2. Review of quantities, sizes, colors, products, artwork, and requested completion dates.

  3. Delivery of a written quote or invoice.

  4. Payment of the required deposit.

  5. Approval of the design and order details.

  6. Production.

  7. Payment of the remaining balance.

  8. Pickup or shipment.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve production time or require LOCS Wear to accept the order.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Pricing may depend on:

  • Product type and brand.

  • Product quantity.

  • Sizes and colors.

  • Number and size of print locations.

  • Artwork preparation or design services.

  • Printing method.

  • Production schedule.

  • Packaging and shipping requirements.

  • Special materials or services.

A quote is based on the information available when it is prepared. Changes to quantities, sizes, products, artwork, printing locations, deadlines, or other specifications may change the price.

Quotes remain valid until the expiration date stated on the quote. A quote does not reserve products or production capacity until the required deposit is received.

3. Customer Order Information

The customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming:

  • Names and spelling.

  • Quantities.

  • Product styles.

  • Sizes.

  • Colors.

  • Artwork and wording.

  • Print locations and dimensions.

  • Billing and shipping information.

  • Requested completion or event dates.

LOCS Wear is not responsible for errors contained in information the customer supplied or approved, except where we failed to produce the order according to the approved details.

4. Artwork and Intellectual-Property Rights

Customers who submit logos, photographs, artwork, names, slogans, trademarks, or other content confirm that they own the content or have permission to reproduce and use it.

The customer grants LOCS Wear a limited license to use the submitted content solely to prepare, produce, and fulfill the applicable order.

Customers may not ask LOCS Wear to reproduce content that:

  • Infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or defamatory.

  • Falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

  • Violates another person’s contractual rights.

LOCS Wear may refuse or cancel an order involving content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, unauthorized, infringing, or inconsistent with our business standards.

To the extent permitted by law, the customer is responsible for claims or expenses arising directly from unauthorized content the customer submitted or instructed us to reproduce.

5. Design Services and Ownership

Ownership and usage rights for original artwork created by LOCS Wear will be governed by the applicable quote or written design agreement.

Unless ownership is expressly transferred in writing, original artwork, templates, layouts, mockups, and design elements created by LOCS Wear remain owned by LOCS Wear.

Paying for printed products does not automatically transfer ownership of LOCS Wear’s logos, artwork, trademarks, source files, or original design rights.

Customer-owned artwork remains owned by the customer or its applicable rights holder.

6. Design Proofs and Approval

A digital proof or mockup may be provided before production begins.

The customer must carefully review:

  • Spelling and wording.

  • Artwork and logo selection.

  • Product and print colors.

  • Sizes and quantities.

  • Print dimensions and placement.

  • Front, back, sleeve, or other printing locations.

Production will not begin until all required approvals are received.

Approval confirms that the customer accepts the displayed design and order details. Corrections requested after approval may require additional charges and may extend the production schedule.

Digital proofs are visual estimates. Screen colors may differ from printed colors, and print size or placement may vary slightly because of garment construction and production processes.

7. Deposit and Payment

Unless different written terms are provided, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the order and begin production.

The deposit is applied toward the complete order balance and compensates LOCS Wear for:

  • Design and administrative work.

  • Materials and products purchased.

  • Reserved production capacity.

  • Artwork preparation.

  • Production planning and setup.

Production will not begin until the deposit, approved design, quantities, sizes, colors, and other required information have been received.

The remaining balance, including applicable taxes, shipping, and approved additional charges, must be paid before the order is shipped or released for pickup unless different written terms have been approved.

8. Changes After Approval

All change requests must be submitted in writing.

Changes requested after approval may:

  • Require additional payment.

  • Extend the production schedule.

  • Require a new quote or design proof.

  • Be unavailable if materials have already been ordered or production has started.

LOCS Wear will not make a material change to an approved order without customer authorization, except for a minor change that does not materially affect the agreed product.

9. Customer Cancellations

Before production begins, a customer may request cancellation, but the 50% deposit remains non-refundable.

Payments exceeding the deposit may be refunded after deducting approved work, materials, payment-processing costs where permitted, and other nonrecoverable expenses.

Once production begins, the order is final and cannot ordinarily be cancelled. The customer may remain responsible for completed work, committed materials, and other costs up to the approved order total.

If LOCS Wear cancels an order for reasons not caused by the customer, we will refund the amount attributable to products or services we cannot provide.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Production Time and Deadlines

Production time begins only after:

  • The required deposit has been paid.

  • The design has been approved.

  • All sizes, quantities, colors, and products have been confirmed.

  • All required customer information has been received.

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless LOCS Wear expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing.

Customer delays in approving designs, providing information, or making payments will extend the production schedule.

If the order is needed for an event, the customer must provide the event date before accepting the quote. Providing an event date does not create a guaranteed completion date unless LOCS Wear expressly agrees to it in writing.

If we cannot ship an online order within the timeframe promised, we will provide any delay-consent, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law.

11. Product and Production Variations

Garments and printed products may have reasonable variations in:

  • Product measurements.

  • Fabric shade.

  • Print color.

  • Print size or placement.

  • Stitching or construction.

  • Texture and finish.

Colors may also appear differently on screens and digital proofs.

Minor variations that do not materially change the approved product are not considered defects. Exact color matching, measurements, or placement must be stated in writing and expressly accepted by LOCS Wear before production.

12. Product Availability and Substitutions

Products and colors are subject to supplier availability.

If an approved product becomes unavailable, LOCS Wear will contact the customer before making a material substitution. The customer may approve an alternative product, revised schedule, adjusted price, or another available resolution.

We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without customer approval.

13. Customer-Supplied Products

Customer-supplied garments or materials are accepted only with prior written approval.

The customer is responsible for confirming that supplied products are suitable for the requested printing or production method.

LOCS Wear will use reasonable care when handling customer-supplied products. However, the parties should agree in writing before production regarding testing, replacement availability, manufacturer defects, and any reasonable production-loss allowance.

14. Shipping and Pickup

Shipping is not included in the initial quote unless expressly stated.

Final shipping costs may be calculated based on package size, weight, destination, delivery service, insurance, and signature requirements. Applicable shipping charges must be paid before shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Orders approved for pickup will be released only after the remaining balance has been paid.

Additional delivery terms are provided in our Shipping Policy.

15. Final-Sale Status

Approved custom, personalized, made-to-order, and bulk products are final once production begins.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available because of:

  • A customer’s change of preference.

  • Incorrect customer-provided sizes or quantities.

  • Errors in approved spelling, artwork, or order details.

  • Minor production variations.

  • Customer-supplied products that were unsuitable for the requested process.

This final-sale restriction does not apply when products are defective, incorrect, materially different from the approved order, or where a remedy is otherwise required by law.

16. Defective, Incorrect, or Nonconforming Orders

Customers should inspect custom and bulk orders promptly after delivery or pickup.

Report any shortage, defect, incorrect product, or material difference from the approved order to apparel@thelocswear.com as soon as possible—preferably within 7 calendar days.

Please provide:

  • The invoice or order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • The affected quantity.

  • Clear photographs showing the issue.

  • Photographs of packaging or shipping damage, when applicable.

LOCS Wear must be given a reasonable opportunity to review and correct an approved claim.

Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include repair, reprinting, replacement, account credit, partial refund, complete refund, or another appropriate resolution.

17. Public Use of Custom Work

LOCS Wear will not claim ownership of customer-owned artwork merely because it was printed or used to fulfill an order.

We may request permission to photograph or display completed custom work in our portfolio, website, gallery, or social media. Customer-specific or confidential designs will not be intentionally used for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

18. Written Order Terms

The applicable quote, invoice, design approval, and written communications form part of the custom-order agreement.

If specific written terms for an order conflict with this general policy, the specific written terms will control for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our products, services, production process, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed to by the customer.
